Where is my tracking number for my delivery?
Royal Mail charges tracking as a premium service of £8.65. If you would like to have tracking simply select this option during checkout. Otherwise, your case will be posted by Royal Mail International Airmail delivery with NO tracking.
How long does it take for my case to arrive to the USA from the UK?
It can take up to 3 weeks for items to arrive to the USA from the UK depending on US customs.
Etsy delivery estimates are not accurate, please ignore them. If the item is not received within the estimated time frame, please do not worry as it may be delayed by the postal/custom service.
